You do have to pay shipping and handling $10.95 but for a pillow retailing for $15 that's not bad at all. You are contacting the TempurPedic company directly so this is a safe transaction with reputable company.

I just called the number and ordered my information kit. I've heard good things about the mattresses. However, the lady on the line said the pillow is only offered through this number:

Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. So I will call and get my pillow tomorrow.
Thanks so much for the tip, Minnow! I can't wait :). I was going to buy a travel pillow soon (which usually run $15), so this saved me money AND got me something so much better!
